Deena Zimmerman Named NAR Commercial Liaison

C.A.R.’s Deena Zimmerman was named a 2017 NAR Commercial Liaison at last week’s Midyear Legislative Meetings & Trade Show in Washington, D.C. She will report to NAR leadership on actions and issues before the many commercial real estate-oriented committees. Zimmerman is a vice president and broker with SVN Chicago Commercial. She is the 2016 vice chair of C.A.R.’s CommercialForum and will serve as the 2017 chair. She received a 2012 National Commercial Award from NAR for her work promoting the commercial real estate industry, and C.A.R. has honored her with a REALTOR® Achievement Award. She is active in REALTORS® to the Rescue. Recently, she was one of C.A.R.’s tenant representatives from SVN Chicago Commercial in the relocation to 430 N. Michigan. The 2016 Commercial Liaison, Dan Wagner, is also a C.A.R. member and the President of the Board of Directors.
