Course Description

This is an introductory course on best practices in condominium association board operations that will help a REALTOR® in the successful sale of any condo. It teaches the basic rights and responsibilities of condominium owners and associations on how to build a sense of community, while establishing consistent communication systems, avoiding conflict, and working together to establish a sound condo association. There will be a discussion of relevant rules to insure condos can be sold in a distressed real estate market.
