Has a New Building Project Improved Your Community?
2012 Good Neighbor Awards Nomination Deadline is Friday, Feb. 24
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 29, 2011
The Chicago Association of REALTORS® is seeking nominations for its 2012 Good Neighbor Awards. Awards recognize new construction, rehabs and renovation projects that make the Chicago area an even better place to live. Award winners will be recognized this spring at a special 20th Anniversary Good Neighbor Awards reception at the Chicago Hilton.
For 20 years, the C.A.R. Good Neighbor Awards have honored residential and commercial developments in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs that enhance communities’ economic vitality, streetscapes and civic pride. Award-winning properties have included condo and apartment buildings, single-family homes, retail establishments and others that serve a neighborhood need or erase an urban blight.
If you know of a recently completed building project that’s made a positive difference, nominate it for a Good Neighbor Award! The winner of the most prestigious 2011 Good Neighbor Award was the “Renaissance on Kimbark” condominium development, located in Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood.
