Denise Stein Chaimovitz
Senior Vice President, Newmark Knight Frank Epic
Denise Stein Chaimovitz joined Newmark Knight Frank Epic in 2004 as
a Salesperson and through her successes, has attained the Senior Vice
Presidential level within the company. Since 2005, Ms. Chaimovitz has
sold and leased over 25,300,000 square feet and has been involved in
over $85,000,000 in transactions ranging from Tenant Representation
to Seller and Investor Representation. Her territory extends from the
South Side of Chicago through Lake County, with specialization in the
Niles, Morton Grove, Lincolnwood and Skokie market. Currently, Ms.
Chaimovitz represents owners of approximately 1,195,751 square feet,
resulting in market knowledge of almost all current and pending
transactions in the north suburbs, providing her clients with unique
exposure to multiple prospective opportunities.
Ms. Chaimovitz is a professional member of the Association of
Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and is part of the President’s
Circle and Circle of Excellence. In 2006 she was awarded the Scott
Nelson Memorial Award for Professional Real Estate Excellence. She
frequently lectures within the real estate industry and other sales
organizations on the topic of Service Excellence in Professional Sales.
Ms. Chaimovitz attained the prestigious level of “Five Hundred
Thousand Square Foot Producer”, for having leased or sold over
500,000 square feet of industrial property within the near north
suburban corridor during a 12 month period. This accomplishment is
comprised of properties north of Dempster Street and south of Peterson
Avenue. She has received commendations from the Newmark Knight
Frank Epic Board of Directors for mentoring, and was responsible for
publishing the Industrial Broker Training Manual for aspiring brokers at
Ms. Chaimovitz graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in
Business Administration and a M.A. in Organizational Development
from Loyola University.
