Patrick Cal

Instructor for: Salesperson's pre-licensing Course, Brokers Pre-Licensing Course & Real Estate Continuning Education

Patrick Cal began his teaching career by teaching history and political science. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and a Master’s Degree in history. In 1977, he became a licensed real estate broker, taking his classes from Wellington Allaway, one of the founders of real estate education and author of Basic Real Estate Transactions. In the fall of 1977, Cal began teaching real estate brokerage courses for the Real Estate Education Company in the suburbs and in Chicago.

Cal has sold real estate and built homes, apartments and condominiums. As president of First Chicago Group, LLC, in addition to the above real estate activities, he also finances and develops apartment complexes and commercial properties. However, his first love is teaching real estate classes for the Real Estate Education Company and REALTORS® Real Estate School.
