Course Description

This course will prepare you for providing client service excellence in renter representation and landlord representation. Topics covered will include understanding compliant leases, essential practices for working with renters and landlords, managing expectations, The Chicago Residential Landlords and Tenants Ordinance and more. Marketing, negotiating and ethics will also be addressed. Case studies and role-playing will help illustrate the curriculum.
