My MLS has been suspended. Now what?
If your MLS service has been interrupted it may be because of one of the following reasons:
You Have Not Paid Your Semi-Annual MLS Fees (Due Dec. 31st & May 30th)
If you paid your annual CAR dues but have been suspended from the MLS you may have past due MLS fees. Pay Your Fees Online - Click Here
Once you have paid your fees online you will receive an email receipt. In addition, an automatic email is sent to our Member Resource Center. If we receive your payment Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 4pm, during normal circumstances*, MLS services will usually be restored within 2 hours. If we receive your payment after 4:00pm or Saturday/Sunday, MLS services will be restored as early as possible the next business day.
*During high call volume times, such as the days immediately following Suspensions, it will take longer to restore your MLS services. During these peak time periods it may take up to 24 hours to restore MLS services.
You can also pay by phone Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, (312) 803-4900, however, reactivation times may be longer due to the volume of calls.
You Have Not Paid Your Annual Member Dues (Due Oct. 1st)

Bylaws, "A member terminated for unpaid financial obligations pursuant to this Section may apply for reinstatement in the same manner prescribed for new applicants for membership." Once you have been terminated you will be unable to log-in as a CAR member. In order to reinstate, terminated members need to re-apply for membership and pay all applicable dues and fees.
