Course Description

Learn how to maneuver the complexities of short sales, as well as how to recognize distinct real estate opportunities that are critical to success in the market. You will learn how to best counsel buyer-clients in the decision making and purchasing of foreclosure properties. From the basics to best practices, this course is a must-attend!

The Short Sales and Foreclosure course counts towards earning NAR's Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification as well as one REBAC elective course to be applied towards the ABR® designation. It can be completed in a classroom.

  • Recognizing the signs of mortgage fraud and predatory lending, and how they impact home-buying decisions.
