Quadrennial REALTOR® Ethics Training Online Course

All REALTORS® must take the Code of Ethics Training by December 31, 2008!

As a reminder, if you have taken a CE course in Ethics or attended a New Member Orientation, you DO NOT NEED take the course. If you were grandfathered out of CE you still need to complete the test. The National Association of REALTORS® mandates that each REALTOR® complete an Ethics course once in every 4 (four) year cycle.

All REALTOR® members may take a CE course in Ethics in order to meet the mandate.

As attorneys are exempt from CE, you may take the online class and test provided herein.

Residential and Commercial Practitioners: The course offers the ability to customize the content for members working in either residential or commercial real estate. When registering, you'll be asked to choose the appropriate course track - residential or commercial.

Note: Individuals must use their own Realtor.org ID and password for accurate tracking of course information. The same REALTOR.org ID and password must be used when exiting and re-entering the course.
