Mortgage Fraud and Predatory Lending Program

Course Description

This course addresses the hand-in-hand issues of predatory lending and mortgage fraud, as well as how they affect foreclosed and repossessed properties. Each module of this one day program is dedicated to a specific topic and includes definitions and discussions of the issue, relevant information, and the impact on real estate agents. This course is approved for 6 Hours of Elective CE Credit.

Requirements

There are no Requirements for this course. This course does count for 6 hours of Continuing Education for brokers and sales agents.

Course Formats

This course is available in classroom format. Tuition: C.A.R. Members: $139 Non- C.A.R. Members: $159. Classes meet from 9 a.m. to 3p.m. with 1 hour for lunch on your own.
