Timothy G. Doody, JD

Timothy G. Doody joins Pollack & Weis with a strong educational background and over 12 years of broad-based experience in tax law. In 1984, Mr. Doody graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois. In 1988, he graduated with and MS in Taxation from DePaul University. In 1989, he became a CPA. Finally, in 1994, Mr. Doody received his JD from DePaul University.
Prior to joining Pollack & Weis, Mr. Doody worked in the Cook County Assessor’s office and the tax department of Bansley & Kiener, CPAs. He has analyzed and appealed assessments on a full spectrum of property taxes before assessment officials and Boards of Review throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board, and the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Mr. Doody is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois CPA Society where he serves on the State and Local Tax Committee.
