This course must be completed and passed prior to continuing onto the 15 hour course. Content for the 75 Hr covers License law, real property, agency, financing, Marketing & advertising, contract knowledge, Buyer and seller relationships and counseling, state & federal laws and real estate transactions.

All Day Sessions
Classes meet, 8 consecutive weekdays, Monday – Friday & Monday – Wednesday from 8:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Saturday classes meet for 8 consecutive Saturdays from 8:30 A.M.– 5:30 P.M.
22 evening class sessions meet consecutive evenings Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30 P.M. – 9:30 P.M.
