Chicago Association of REALTORS® CEO Ginger Downs has been named as one of the Swanepoel POWER 200 (SP200).
In naming Downs to the list, they called her “one of the most influential association executives in the U.S.”
This category included CEOs, senior vice presidents and executive officers of national, state and local REALTOR® associations as well as other real estate societies, and institutes serving the residential real estate brokerage industry.
The list integrates all the different types of leaders in the real estate industry representing different sectors of our industry.
