2023 Capitol Conference and REALTOR® Lobby Day
Pre-Registration will close on Tuesday, April 18.
Due to strict capacity limits, walkup registrations are not allowed for the bus.
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing events@chicagorealtor.com by Friday, April 21. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows on the day of the event will incur a $55 fee to their member account.
Make your REALTOR® voice heard at the 2023 Capitol Conference and REALTOR® Lobby Day! Join hundreds of members to advance the REALTOR® agenda with Chicago legislators in Springfield. Ensure that the REALTOR® community is well represented on this designated REALTOR® day.
Board the bus in the morning (arrive by 6:15 AM) with fellow REALTORS® at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, 1314 E. 47th St. The bus will depart from this location at 6:30 PM SHARP. Upon your arrival in Springfield, everyone will convene for registration and briefing at the Bank of Springfield Center. Enjoy lunch and hear about important legislation that impacts our real estate industry. We’ll then visit the Capitol and see the REALTOR® influence in action. The day will conclude with the Lobby Day Block Party, followed by more networking and fun on the bus ride home.

Schedule of events:
6:30 AM | Bus pickup at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (1314 E. 47th St. Chicago, IL 60653)
6:45 AM | Bus will depart.
10:45 AM | Arrival in Springfield. Check-In at IR desk to receive namebadge
11:00 AM | Opening Remarks by IR President Michael Gobber
1:00 PM | Load buses to State Capitol Legislative Visit
3:30 PM | Major Investor Reception (MI’s only)
4:00 PM | Lobby Day Block Party
6:00 PM | Event concludes; Members board buses for return trip back to Chicago
9:45 PM | Arrival back in Chicago to Coldwell Banker Hyde Park
Important Check-in & Cancellation Information:
All Members MUST check-in at the Illinois REALTOR® check-in desk upon arrival at the Bank of Springfield Center and pick up their name badge. If your name badge is not picked up, Illinois REALTORS® will consider you a no-show and you will incur a $55 fee to your member account.
Cancellations must be in writing to events@chicagorealtor.com by Monday, April 22 at 12:00 PM. All cancellations after this time and all no shows will incur a $55 fee on their account.
