If you were originally issued a Broker License on or after November 1, 2021, the license issued during this period will have an expiration date of April 30, 2024. 45 Hours of Post License Education is required to be completed by April 30, 2024. PLEASE NOTE: If you need to look up the issue date of your license, please utilize this link, as it is the only place that gives you the issue date of your license.
About the 45 Hour Post-licensing Course
The 45 Hour Broker Post License requirement is composed of three, 15-hour courses and must be completed for your first renewal. After completing each required course, you must pass a 50-question final exam with a score of 75% or above to receive credit for the course per state law. You must pass three final exams in total to satisfy the requirement. Pro tip! After you complete Part 2, you will have satisfied the sexual harassment prevention training requirement.
- Part 1: Transactional Issues – 15 Hours | $100
- Part 2: Risk Management/Discipline – 15 Hours | $100
- Part 3: Applied Broker Principles – 15 Hours | $100
Students are required to take all three parts to satisfy the 45 Hour Broker Post License renewal requirement.
