Join CommercialForum for a deep dive into key policy issues facing Chicago’s commercial real estate industry, with special emphasis on local lobbying efforts, Assessor Fritz Kaegi’s plans, and the impact of legalized marijuana on our market. Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ Director of Government & External Affairs Kristopher J. Anderson and Director of Government Affairs Adriann Murawski will deliver an advocacy update highlighting what to expect from our new mayor and city council. Assessor Kaegi will discuss the reasoning behind his proposed bills and field questions from the audience. A panel of local experts will provide insight into the short- and long-term impacts of recreational marijuana on commercial real estate.
