A home purchase is not the end, but rather the beginning of the journey of homeownership. Illinois utility companies offer an array of services and rebates to help customers save on energy bills and improve comfort and functionality over the lifetime of their home. ComEd and Peoples Gas offer energy efficiency programs to assist homeowners with things like weatherization and tune-ups, home energy management and product and appliance rebates.

Join the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Foundation as we learn from ComEd and Peoples Gas how homeowners can take advantage of their energy efficiency programs and how you can help connect your clients to these benefits. You’ll also learn about solar power, electric vehicles and high-performance, electric home new construction. Bring your clients and your questions!
