Broker Renewal Deadline: April 30, 2024

OPTION 1: If you were licensed prior to November 1, 2021, you need to complete the requirements below by April 30, 2024:

  • 12 Hours
    • 4 Hours Core
    • 8 Hours Elective
      • 1 Hour must fulfill the Sexual Harassment Prevention training requirement

OPTION 2: If you were originally licensed between November 1, 2021 and October 31, 2023, you need to complete the 45 Hour Post-Licensing Package for your first license renewal period by April 30, 2024.

OPTION 3: If you were originally licensed on or after November 1, 2023, you need to complete the 45 Hour Post-Licensing Package by April 30, 2026.

If you were first issued a Managing Broker license before Feb. 1, 2023, you must complete the requirements below by April 30, 2025:

If you were issued a Managing Broker license between February 1, 2023 and January 31, 2025, you must complete the requirements below by April 30, 2025:

  • 12 Hours of CE:
    • 4 Hours of Core
    • 8 Hours of Elective
      • 1 Hour must fulfill the sexual harassment prevention training requirement

OPTION 3

If you were licensed on or after February 1, 2025, no CE is required for the upcoming renewal.
