Property Tax Appeal Workshop co-sponsored by the CAR Diversity Committee, “The 77”

Take advantage of this free property tax appeal workshop for REALTORS® to learn how to reduce property taxes. This training is provided by the Cook County Board of Review. Your understanding of the property tax appeal process will help you better educate and assist your clients. This workshop will provide the value-add to you as a professional so you can be the leader in your community and de-mystify property tax appeals.

The city and county are predicting millions of dollars in deficits and combined with the uncertainty of the re-assessment process, property managers’ and landlords’ work has become more challenging. Individual landowners are also facing the risk of skyrocketing property taxes.

A reduced tax bill could be the difference between a successful deal and a failed one!
