Learn about financing options for mixed-use and multifamily buildings from Community Investment Corporation (CIC). The presentation will cover:

  • Construction and permanent debt
  • Energy efficiency and utility incentive programs
  • Agency debt (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA Multifamily)
  • Targeted redevelopment programs, including Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs)

Please note this will be an interactive and collaborative event among all attendees. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate by having their video turned on throughout the event.
