ILLINOIS BROKER MANAGEMENT – 12 HOUR

Course Description

The Illinois Managing Broker Management CE Course is intended to satisfy the part of the continuing education requirements for Illinois managing broker licensees.

This course introduces the real estate professional’s impact on the events leading to the housing market collapse and economic problems of recent years. We take a look at the manager’s ongoing responsibility to promote appropriate steps to affordable property ownership. We focus on the manager’s most critical duties to supervise, train and set policy.

This course includes a review of required topics from the state outline including:

  • supervision of personal assistants/teams
