Request SentriLock Batteries or Power Paddle

SentriLock offers free batteries for most of its lockboxes. CAR also loans Power Paddles to members that need to gain access to a dead SentriLock Lockbox. Use this form to request SentriLock Batteries or a Power Paddle. All orders are shipped free via UPS and typically arrive within 1 business day.

A note on batteries for the Gen I/Gen II Metal Silver Lockboxes. Those lockboxes are out of warranty and CAR/SentriLock no longer offers batteries for the Gen I/Gen II Silver Metal Boxes. Members may purchase batteries for those types of boxes from any retailer by purchasing a 2CR5 battery.
