For some\, that opportunity is taking shape through Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). \n\n\n\nJoin CommercialForum for a conversation with Miguel Chacon\, a REALTOR®\, investor and neighborhood redevelopment advocate who has completed two ADU projects and is actively developing two more. Drawing from his firsthand experience\, Miguel will share how he identifies investment opportunities and evaluates whether a project makes financial sense. He’ll also cover how he navigates the development process and applies the lessons he’s learned to each new project.  \n\n\n\nRather than focusing on the technical details of Chicago’s ADU ordinance\, this session will examine ADUs through the lens of small-scale development and neighborhood investment.
