Two additional proposals continue to be reviewed.\n\n\n\nCollectively representing more than $525 million in total investments\, the four advancing projects will repurpose 1.3 million square feet of vacant space\, including the creation of more than 300 homes that will be affordable to residents earning an average of 60% of the area median income.\n\n\n\nIn addition to support for these adaptive reuse projects\, funding from the City’s Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) will help entrepreneurs create cafes\, restaurants\, stores and other neighborhood-oriented amenities for the Loop’s growing population.\n\n\n\n\nDISABILITY PRIDE HERITAGE MONTH\n\n\n\nThe Chicago Association of REALTORS® believes the strength of our organization\, industry and society as a whole is through all dimensions of diversity.
