In the 2018 Chicago Residential Lease, page 2 alludes to a Recycling Disclosure that is required for buildings with 5 or more units.
This has caused some confusion. The City of Chicago has posted a Recycling Ordinance Flyer that explains the ordinance and will give you some guidelines on how to create or obtain that disclosure.
