Managing Broker Pre-License | Chicago Association of REALTORS®

The 45 Hour Managing Broker Pre-License courses are designed for Brokers who wish to manage an office or become a sole proprietor. You must be licensed and practicing real estate for two years to be eligible to become a Managing Broker.

Also, the 45 Hour Managing Broker Pre-License courses are approved to complete step 1 of the GRI Designation.

Because we pride ourselves in offering students and members quality education in which they can develop their skills and succeed in the real estate industry, at this time, we will not be offering the Managing Broker Pre-licensing course until we receive updated information from IDFPR and PSI regarding the new curriculum and exam.

ABOUT: IDFPR and PSI’s recent changes to the national portion of the Managing Broker Licensing Exam have resulted in a substantial and negative impact on Illinois Managing Broker exam candidates. The content is currently undergoing revisions and realignment by the licensing entities IDFPR and PSA.
