IDFPR Rules & Regulations

Attendance & Receiving Credit

Physical attendance at a class is mandated by state law. Late arrivals are disruptive to students and the instructor. Students MUST be on time for all required class sessions to receive credit for the class. Be prepared to provide a photo ID at class check-in. The state requires an attendance sheet at every class, please remember to sign in.

Missed & Make-Up Time

Once the class has begun, late students may enter but will not be eligible to receive continuing education credit for the class, per IDFPR.

See the continuing education cancelation, transfer and no show policies above.

Broker Pre-licensing Courses

Attendance at all webinar sessions is mandatory. However, a cumulative absence not exceeding 6 hours may be made up by attending a different webinar course. Absences in excess of 6 hours will result in an incomplete course — no exceptions.
