The Chicago Association of REALTORS® proudly presented our 138th Annual Inaugural Gala on Friday, September 24. During the festivities, we debuted our 2021-2022 Board of Directors and honored several members for their contributions throughout the year, including the recipient of the Managing Broker of the Year (1-50 Licensees) Award.
The Managing Broker of the Year Award recognizes a REALTOR® in good standing with at least five years of experience as a Managing Broker, with current active involvement at the local level, recognized business accomplishments and faithfulness to the principles of good real estate practices and the Code of Ethics among other brokers and the public.
Managing Broker of the Year (1-50 Licensees): Magda Antillon, Realty of Chicago LLC
Six years ago, Magda Antillon closed her brokerage to join Realty of Chicago, and she hasn’t looked back since. She jumped in headfirst as managing broker and mentor, helping the brokerage grow from 20 brokers to 180, opening five branches and establishing them as a premier Latin American realty brand in Chicago. Magda wakes up every day inspired to help guide brokers in their careers to reach their fullest potential, because as much as she believes she was meant to mentor others, they also motivate her to be the best at her job.
