New Residential Developments Showcase Recap

With construction booming in the Chicagoland area, we attended an afternoon of private showings at three of the largest residential developments in the Loop: Renelle on the River, 1000M and Wanda Vista Tower. Representatives from each development provided attendees with an insiders’ look at the development process, featured condominiums, luxury trends and more.

Renelle on the River

Located on the Chicago River, this building was recently honored with the 2017 “New Development of the Year” award by Chicago Agent Magazine. This residential building will also be home to a collection of 50 three-and-four-bedroom luxury condominiums – a rarity in the Loop.

1000M

A 74-story residential skyscraper planned on Michigan Avenue across from Grant Park. This addition to the “Cultural Mile” will offer 360-degree views overlooking Lake Michigan. Slated for 2021, the 323-unit building will include one-to-four-bedroom luxury condominiums.

The Wanda Vista Tower

Situated where the Chicago River and Lake Michigan meet, it will be home to 406 condos and a five-star luxury hotel.
