Plan Ahead When Traveling to CAR Central Offices

Members, please be advised of elevator service changes taking effect on January 7, 2019, at our central office on 430 N. Michigan Avenue. The Chicago Association of REALTORS® is fortunate to share a building with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). In a continued effort to improve office space for its members, NAR will be renovating two of the four elevators. While renovations are underway, elevator service will be limited to two elevators only. The renovations are expected to last throughout 2019. In the interim, please give yourself some extra time to get to classes or meetings held at 430 N. Michigan, as these renovations will delay travel time between the lobby and 8th floor.
