We are on the move to the REALTOR® Building at 430 N. Michigan, with a projected move-in of December, 2016. Construction began in September, and we’ll be keeping you posted on our progress. Next up: the space after demolition.
Remember our floor plan? Well, we have to start somewhere. We took possession of the new space in September, and immediately began demolition. Here are some photos to give you a sense of what we started with.

Reception
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this will be our future reception area. It is front and center immediately off the elevators. We are so excited to have improved transaction space for students to register and check in for classes, and for members to obtain help with SentriLock or dues. There will also be a small refreshment bar for your convenience.
Member Lounge and Conference Rooms
We are thrilled to have such a beautiful space for our members to come and get their work done, with gorgeous Michigan Avenue Mag Mile views. This is what we’re starting with:

Our new and improved classrooms will be a fabulous benefit for our students – plus, windows everywhere!
