At August’s RESPA-TILA Integrated Disclosure Enforcement: A Member Outreach Event and Annual Business Meeting, we welcomed IAR Legal Hotline Attorney Betsy Urbance, to discuss the issues surrounding the RESPA-TILA Integrated Disclosure Enforcement regulation and how the regulation will affect how REALTORS® do business. Betsy also reviewed the new forms that will go into effect October 3, provided new guidance from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and estimated how this process could lengthen closing times.
