Thomson began her career in real estate in 2006 and has been making strides on the local and national level ever since. As the Vice President of Agent Development at @properties, she has helped grow the company to over 2,000 brokers and put @properties on the map as one of the most innovative brokerages in the country. Her role allows her to take her top-producing skills and mold the work ethic of new brokers.
Thomson has been involved in a number of local, state, and national REALTOR® boards and committees throughout her 11 years in the industry. She has dedicated much of her career to the success of women in the industry, involving herself with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2009. Thomson was the 2013 President of WCR Chicago and Governor of the Illinois WCR in 2015 and 2016. She is WCR’s Region 2 2017 Vice President and is a current member of their Regional Committee. She has also been a member of WCR’s National Chapter’s Leadership Academic Faculty since 2015 and on the National Executive Committee since 2015. She received the WCR Chicago Elevate Award in 2016.
Thomson received the C.A.R. President’s Award in 2013, was one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 Under 30” in 2014, and has been featured in Chicago Agent Magazine’s “Who’s Who in Real Estate” since 2013. She was also honored as one of the recipients of this year’s Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ REALTOR® Achievement Awards at the 134th Inaugural Gala.
