UPDATE 3/26/21: The final draft of the rules have been confirmed and are now live to view here.
On Tuesday, February 23, the proposed rules to the Illinois Real Estate License Act (RELA) were approved and adopted by the Illinois Administrative Code, which is the state’s body of administrative law. The rules went into effect immediately.
