Finding Community

Our members talk about the ways they found peer support and a welcoming community by getting more involved.

Making A Difference

Our members talk about the positive impacts they see both in Chicago and in the real estate industry as a result of their work on Association committees.

CommercialForum

CommercialForum (CF) is the commercial division of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and, with nearly 4,000 members, Chicago’s largest commercial real estate community.  Get access to legislative influence, education & professional development, tools & resources and networking opportunities.

Diversity Committee (The 77)

Named after Chicago’s 77 unique neighborhoods, our diversity committee – affectionately known as The 77 – tackles topics like Fair Housing and economic development, and engages with local chambers of commerce and quasi-governmental bodies (i.e. TIF Boards).

Global Real Estate Council

Through education and networking activities, information sharing and involvement with select global real estate organizations, the Global Real Estate Council fosters strong relations with local organizations representing diverse ethnic and cultural communities in Chicagoland.

Property Management Forum

The purpose of the Property Management Forum is to provide an open setting for speakers, member involvement and information sharing related to property management and leasing matters. We have a variety of property management resources, training and guides.

Sustainability Work Group

The Sustainability Work Group provides industry-leading education, networking and resources on sustainability and “green” real estate practices to help establish Chicago REALTORS® as a ‘go-to’ resource for the Chicagoland community.

Young Professionals Network

The Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a growing group of career-minded real estate professionals who want to stay abreast of the latest tools, resources and networking opportunities available to them as REALTORS®.

Meet Our Industry Partners

CAR partners with the local chapters of other real estate associations, in order to enhance opportunities for professional development, networking and advocacy efforts for our mutual members.
