Town of Cicero Increased Inspection Fees

Cicero’s Town Board recently passed an ordinance to increase property transfer inspection fees.  These fees have remained the same since the 1990’s, while costs have increased since. See the new fee structure below:

• Single family – $100 (up from $50)
• Each additional unit – $30 (up from $20).
• Re-inspection if a final has failed – $50 (up from $25).
