Forward-thinking DEI requires a 360-degree view of where the Chicago real estate industry has come from, where we are and where we’re going. That’s where the Chicago REALTORS® 360° Summit comes in.
This Summit creates a space for the Chicago real estate community to inspire, recharge, empower and champion diversity, equity and inclusion – as well as Fair Housing – throughout our industry.
We are looking for individuals to deliver exceptional learning experiences, engagement and impact!
We are accepting both proposals and nominations for speakers that will bring together, engage, and incorporate a wide range of perspectives to advance the industry forward! Session objectives should be driven by research, data, practice, vision and/or engagement!
Speaker Application & Evaluation Process
Proposals are reviewed by Chicago REALTORS® staff and key leadership. We expect the speaker to honor their commitment to present the proposed session at the 360° Summit.
Speaker proposals are evaluated objectively with consideration of, but not limited to, one or more of the following lens:
- Real-life case studies and their learned impact.
- Practical actions that can successfully increase targeted goals, strategy and client experiences.
- Stimulated discussion, hard conversations and attendee engagement.
- Engaging content and data-driven understandings (historical and/or current).
- Creative and thought-provoking insights.
- Fresh perspectives on originated ideals and misconceptions.
All proposals should feature either diversity, equity, inclusion and/or fair housing perspectives. Click here to jump to the application section.
Your session should include at least one of the following:
- Research: Explore recent studies and findings.
- Best Practices/Case Studies: Ground promising examples in frameworks and/or structures that will be applicable to a variety of situations.
- Training/Workshops: Host a highly interactive session, providing participants an opportunity to develop and practice new and existing skills.
- Critical Issues/Deep Dives: Address emerging trends and frequently overlooked/under-addressed topics in the field.
- Other: Describe your ideal session format and its objectives!
