What You Need To Know: 118th Annual Golf Classic

We’re thrilled you’re able to join us for the 118th Annual Golf Classic! Read below for everything you need for a successful day on the course.

Schedule

  • 8:00 AM | Arrival | Grab & Go continental breakfast available on main clubhouse patio | Driving range open. 
  • 8:50 AM | Driving range closes | All golfers to their carts | Welcome remarks outside 1/3 Pro Shop.
  • 9:00 AM | Shotgun start.
  • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Lunch available at the Water Hole located between Hole #5 and #14. 
  • 2:30 PM | Reception begins at the main clubhouse.
  • 2:45 PM | Approximate last time for last foursome to finish. All score cards turned into the main clubhouse.
  • 3:30 PM | All fundraising activities (get details below) are closed.
  • 4:00 PM | Approximate time of the winner announcement.
  • 4:30 PM | Event concludes. 

Arrival Information

*Please note your lunch ticket will be attached to your golf cart steering wheel 

  • Parking is available at the golf course for no charge. 
  • There is no check-in needed upon arrival! Chicago Association of REALTORS® staff will greet you at the Main Clubhouse bag drop and provide you with your hole number (jump to pairings listed below)
  • Continental breakfast and coffee will be available on the main clubhouse patio, and the driving range will be open until 8:50 AM.
  • After you drop your bags and park the car, head to your golf cart, where you will find everything, you need for the day. 
Extreme Heat Watch – Your Comfort & Safety Are Our Priority

We’re aware of the Extreme Heat Watch in effect for Wednesday, July 23, and have taken extra precautions to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at our 118th Annual Golf Outing: 

  • Cooling Towels on the golf carts will be provided for each attendee to help beat the heat. 
  • Additional Water & Gatorade Stations will be available throughout the course to keep everyone hydrated. 
  • The reception following the round has been moved indoors to enjoy the comfort of air conditioning. 
  • Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed—we’ll have staff available if you need any assistance.

About Our Charity Beneficiary

The Chicago REALTORS® Foundation Invests In Chicago

Net proceeds from our 50/50 Raffle, Mulligan Sales and Prize Raffle during this year’s golf classic will benefit the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Foundation; it serves as the charitable arm of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and contributes to the future of real estate by donating over $100,000 each year through scholarships, charitable donations, volunteer opportunities and more throughout the city!

Visit Hole 1 to participate in our fundraising activities this year.

In addition, Chicago Association of REALTORS® staff will be available at the networking reception until 3:30 PM for last-minute fundraising purchases.   

#1: Raffle

Tickets are ten (10) for $10. Purchaser must buy a minimum of ten (10) entries to participate. Only credit card payments will be accepted. 

Each entry makes you eligible to win any of our raffle prizes. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the fundraising tent prior to the shotgun start. While on the course, raffle tickets will be available for purchase at Hole 1 until 2:00 PM and then from 2:30 – 3:30 PM at the reception located inside the main clubhouse

#2: Split-the-Pot Cash Raffle

Tickets are ten (10) for $10. Only credit card payments will be accepted. The winner will split the amount of the cash pot. 

Split-the-Pot raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the fundraising tent prior to the shotgun start. While on the course, tickets will be available for purchase at Hole 1 until 2:00 PM and then again from 2:30 – 3:30 PM at the reception located in the 19th Hole Pavilion located at the main clubhouse.

#3: Mulligans

Each mulligan costs $5 with a maximum of five (5) per player. Mulligans are defined as one player replaying one shot. To buy mulligans, please visit our fundraising tent located outside the clubhouse. No mulligan sales will take place after the shotgun start. Only credit card payments will be accepted.
