2014 Chicago REALTOR® Hall of Fame- Millie Rosenbloom

Millie Rosenbloom has built a sterling reputation as a Chicago industry icon and trailblazer in her 25 years in real estate. A broker with Baird & Warner Lincoln Park when inducted into the C.A.R. Hall of Fame in 2014, Millie leads the company – and the Chicago marketplace – in luxury sales, and in creating a brand all her own. Millie has said “real estate is in my bones,” acquiring her work ethic and business acumen watching her parents buy residential properties as investments, working hard to rehabilitate the properties, and reselling them. A REALTOR® respected for her role as a multi-faceted entrepreneur, Millie has earned numerous local and national honors, awards and accolades. In 2001, she became the third woman elected C.A.R. President. Millie earned C.A.R.’s prestigious REALTOR® of the Year award in 2003. Her integrity and excellence in negotiating have helped her earn a sales volume that consistently ranks in the top 1 percent among all brokers in Chicago. She has participated in the acquisition of over $520 million in land development sites, procured over $500 million in residential development sales and brokered over $1 billion in individual residential sales. Millie is sought for her expert voice as an industry spokeswoman, including regular appearances on CNN and CNBC’s “Power Lunch.” Her commitment to making her community a better place to live has been demonstrated by her philanthropic and civic work for organizations including the Brain Research Foundation, and The Magnificent Mile Association Sign & Urban Design Committee.
