All C.A.R. & CommercialForum members are eligible for consideration for transactions completed in the 2018 calendar year. Please include all your 2018 commercial transactions – both non-MLS and MLS – in this application.
If you are considered for an award based on your numbers, you will be contacted by C.A.R. and required to promptly provide the following:
- Sales Transactions: closing document for each transaction
- Lease Transactions: lease specifications and signature page for each transaction
