The Chicago Association of REALTORS® is committed to creating a sense of community both within our membership as well as throughout Chicago.
Chicago Association of REALTORS® members dedicate their time and efforts to make the Chicagoland area a quality place to live, work and play. Working together with local residents, developers and community leaders, C.A.R. members have helped make Chicago beautiful.
Each year, Chicago REALTORS® reach out to the community by participating in family-oriented events, such as Fiesta Del Sol, as well as by interacting with Chicago residents every day to help them achieve the dream of home ownership.
Given that community is an important part of the REALTOR® philosophy, each year, the Chicago Association of REALTORS® hosts the Good Neighbor Awards (GNA), which honors individuals in the community who have enhanced our city through creative, sensitive and responsible development.
Community Goals:
In the coming year, we hope to broaden our community presence by:- Continuing to identify partnerships where the Chicago REALTORS® can make a difference and reach out to local communities;
- Giving back to organizations and causes aligned with promoting homeownership in Chicagoland;
- Developing relationships which allow us to educate consumers about the importance of choosing a REALTOR.
