Tenant Opportunity to Purchase in the 606: What REALTORS® Need to Know 

A new pilot program is launching in the 606 Block District called, “Tenant Opportunity to Purchase.” If you have clients interested in rental properties within this zone, this special webinar is for you! A representative from Chicago’s Department of Housing will help us prepare for the pilot program before enforcement begins on March 1^st, 2025.
