Introducing Our Member Care Task Force

Your voice and opinions are vital to the success of our association so we can continue to provide you with the tools to help you succeed. To ensure we are hearing directly from you, we recently founded our new Member Care Task Force. The Member Care Task Force is solely dedicated to hearing your voices. With a mission to optimize the membership experience a for all members, we are working on personalizing and developing stronger relationships to enhance member satisfaction. How are we doing that?
  • EVENTS: Keep an eye out for special member initiatives! We were thrilled host a virtual summer mixer in July — more opportunities to mix and mingle with the Member Care Task Force are coming soon.
  • MEMBER PERKS: We are continuously meeting with vendors who are excited about providing discounted products and services for you! Stay tuned for additional perks that will help you succeed in your business.
  • AWARENESS: “Did You Know” videos are being created to help you understand your benefits as a valued member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. We strive to give you information on all benefits, perks, tools and resources that are available to give you the best membership experience imaginable.
  • ACTIVE LISTENING: We always want to hear from you! When we send a member survey, we will also provide you with the option to receive a personal phone call from a volunteer of the Member Care Task Force to voice your concerns. Make sure to check the box on the survey so that we can reach out! Also, feel free to email membership@chicagorealtor.com to schedule an appointment to virtually meet with a Task Force Member. We are always here to listen to any suggestions and concerns you may have and will try our best to address your thoughts and take action.
