REALTORS® participate in monthly modules to discuss and learn about topics such as Chicago market trends, organic inclusion, volunteer leadership, essentials of leadership, public speaking and media training; they culminated the program with a case study.

These discussions and courses were designed to refine and accelerate their leadership capabilities so they can make an even bigger, more effective impact on our industry and communities. The Leadership Accelerator will prepare each individual for leadership roles not only in their organizations, but also as volunteer leaders in REALTOR® associations.
