Troubleshooting for Non-BLE Sentrilock Lockboxes

Recently, Sentrilock has discovered an issue that is preventing some users from accessing the key compartment of Non-BLE lockboxes. This issue affects those using an iPhone and only occurs when trying to access the key compartment on the Non-BLE lockbox, specifically when the lockbox is NOT assigned to a listing. In this situation, you will not be able to generate a mobile access code to access the key. To resolve this issue, members will have to simply assign the lockbox to a listing.
