Broker Renewal Deadline: April 30, 2026
OPTION 1: If you were licensed prior to November 1, 2023, you need to complete the requirements below by April 30, 2026:
- 12 Hours
- 6 Hours Core **A 4-hour Core course taken between May 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025 shall satisfy the Core requirement and will need 8 hours of elective courses, including a Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for this renewal**
- 6 Hours Elective
- 1 Hour must fulfill the Sexual Harassment Prevention training requirement
OPTION 2: If you were originally licensed between November 1, 2023 and October 31, 2025, you need to complete the 45 Hour Post-Licensing Package for your first license renewal period by April 30, 2026.
OPTION 3: If you were originally licensed on or after November 1, 2025, you need to complete the 45 Hour Post-Licensing Package by April 30, 2028.

Managing Broker Renewal REQUIREMENTS
NEXT RENEWAL DEADLINE: April 30, 2027
OPTION 1
If you were first issued a Managing Broker license before Feb. 1, 2025, you must complete the requirements below by April 30, 2027:
- 24 Hours of CE:
- 12 Hour Broker Management Interactive Course
- 12 Hours of CE:
- 6 Hours of Core
- 6 Hours of Elective
- 1 Hour must fulfill the sexual harassment prevention training requirement
OPTION 2
If you were issued a Managing Broker license between February 1, 2025 and January 31, 2027, you must complete the requirements below by April 30, 2027:
- 12 Hours of CE:
- 6 Hours of Core
- 6 Hours of Elective
- 1 Hour must fulfill the sexual harassment prevention training requirement
OPTION 3
If you were licensed on or after February 1, 2027, no CE is required for the upcoming renewal.

Leasing Agent Renewal Deadline: July 31, 2026
OPTION 1: If first issued a license prior to May 1, 2024, you need to complete the following by July 31, 2026:
- 8-Hour Leasing Agent Core Course (This course includes the required one hour of sexual harassment prevention training.)
OPTION 2: If first issued a license on or after May 1, 2024, no CE is required for the upcoming renewal.
