Erika Villegas is an established and successful Realtor. She is a partner and Designated Managing Broker at REMAX In The Village in Oak Park, IL. Erika was born and raised on the southwest side of the city and then lived in Mexico for a few years as a teenager which helped her become fluent in Spanish. She established herself as one of the top residential Realtors in Chicagoland serving a wide variety of buyers and sellers. Her bilingual business platform gives her the advantage of helping others pursue sustainable homeownership while achieving her real estate goals. She is a top producer of the Chicago Association of Realtors and recognized as a Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agent in the country by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) since 2013.
Erika is the Immediate Past-President of the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has served the Realtor community on several levels within the association and has been recognized with several awards for her service to the Realtor community.
She has also been featured in many local and national publications like the NY Times, The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Ris Media, and Chicago Agent Magazine among others for her personal and professional accomplishments.
Erika has volunteered countless hours and has become a fierce advocate for the unhoused immigrant community in Chicago.
When she’s not working, Erika enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and her kids.
Tony Crudup is a Chicago native, and community-focused leader serving clients throughout Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland area. As the leader of Family Pride Realty, Powered by JMG, Tony is passionate about helping individuals and families build wealth through homeownership, investment, and informed real estate decisions.
Beyond his work in real estate, Tony is committed to service, collaboration, and leadership within the industry and the community at large. He believes volunteer leadership creates stronger organizations, deeper connections, and lasting impact. He currently serves on the Finance Committee and Global Council with Chicago Association of Realtors. In addition to his local chamber of commerce.
Through his professional work and community involvement, Tony is dedicated to creating opportunities for growth, education, and empowerment for those he meets and serves. Known for his relationship-driven approach, professionalism, and heart for service, Tony brings a thoughtful perspective on what it means to lead with purpose and contribute in meaningful ways.
Erica Esquivel is a top-producing real estate professional, affordable housing advocate, and community leader based in Chicago. LaQuan Henley is a licensed real estate professional with over 10 years of experience serving clients across the Chicagoland area. He specializes in working with homeowners in pre-foreclosure, helping them navigate challenging situations and find solutions throughout the top six counties in Illinois.
LaQuan began his career with Keller Williams and has since joined Midwest Investment Advisors to further expand his expertise, particularly in the commercial space. He is passionate about helping business owners and investors grow and scale their real estate portfolios through strategic acquisitions and smart investment decisions.
In addition to his work with homeowners and investors, LaQuan has been an active member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) for the past four years. Through his involvement, he has contributed to strengthening the real estate community and creating opportunities for agents to grow, collaborate, and succeed in an evolving industry.
Mike McElroy is a member of the Board of Directors at the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and the chair of the Public Policy Coordinating committee. He has also served on the Finance committee, as Chair of YPN, and on various Illinois Realtor committees and work groups. He built Center Coast Realty, an innovative residential brokerage that was acquired by Century 21 Affiliated. He lives in Bucktown with his wife, daughter, dog, and his wife’s cat.
