what to expect
Board the bus in the morning (arrive by 6:15 AM) with fellow REALTORS® at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, 1314 E. 47th St. The bus will depart from this location at 6:30 AM SHARP. Upon your arrival in Springfield, everyone will convene for registration and briefing at the Bank of Springfield Center. Enjoy lunch and hear about important legislation that impacts our real estate industry. We’ll then visit the Capitol and see the REALTOR® influence in action. The day will conclude with the Lobby Day Reception, followed by more networking and fun on the bus ride home.
This is a Chicago REALTOR® Members only event. Capitol Conference is open to Illinois REALTORS® members and industry partners. If you are an eligible attendee who is a non-Chicago REALTORS® member interested in riding the bus to CAP CON, please submit your request to events@chicagorealtor.com. If space on the bus is available a week prior to the event you will be notified.
IMPORTANT: All Members MUST check-in at the Illinois REALTOR® check-in desk upon arrival at the Bank of Springfield Center and pick up their name badge. If your name badge is not picked up, Illinois REALTORS® will consider you a no-show and you will incur a $70 fee to your member account.
BUS CANCELLATION INFORMATION
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing events@chicagorealtor.com by Friday, April 25. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows on the day of the event will incur a $70 fee to their member account.

As COVID-19 is predominantly spread through close contact, out of an abundance of caution, all events through April 30 will be either canceled or postponed, except for Coffee with Your GADs, which will take place virtually. This includes our annual Sales Awards, which we are working to reschedule.
If you have registered for one of our upcoming events, look for an email with further details. All tickets for paid events will be automatically refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund on your bank statement. Questions? Please reach out to our events team.
