Your Ambassador Checklist
- Learn how to utilize MRED’s Green Data Fields when inputting a listing.
- Attend a CAR Sustainability events such as Renewable Real Estate or Sustainably Social.
- Complete a sustainable course offered by the REALTORS® Real Estate School.
- Give a Sustainable closing gift such as a smart thermostat or subscription to a composting service.
- Familiarize yourself with our Sustainability Resource page so you can stay informed on “green” opportunities.
- Use CAR’s free member benefit, Photofy, to share customizable Sustainability graphics on social media.
- Help your office shrink its footprint by learning about the City of Chicago’s best Recycling practices.
- Complete monthly ambassador challenges that will expand your reach as an ambassador!
- Ask your managing broker to set up a sustainability training session. We have great presenters ready to share!
- Share your ideas about Sustainable legislation at CAR’s monthly Coffee with the GAD’s event!
