SMALL BUSINESS GRANTS
Throughout 2021, the Chicago Association of REALTORS® will be recognizing and rewarding a select number of small business owners who have made a significant, lasting impact within their communities. If you are a business owner with a brick and mortar location impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to apply! Each company selected will receive a $1,000 grant.
*As real estate was deemed essential through our advocacy efforts, real estate brokerage offices are ineligible; however, small and owner-occupied property owners may apply (six units or less).
Additional grants will be awarded throughout 2021 – if you do not qualify for the criteria for this round, stay tuned for future grant details!

If you are an Asian American small business owner with a brick and mortar location in Chicago and have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to apply! The winners will be awarded their grant and interviewed by the CAR leadership team during our Asian American Pacific Islander heritage month commemoration event on May 18th.
